This Policy describes how Breeder Being LLC ("we") collects, uses and shares your information when you use Breeder Being (the "Service"), and what your rights are.

1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Account data: first name, last name, email and password. If you use a social login ("Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Facebook"), we receive your name, email and profile picture from that provider (as authorized).
• Profile and content data: information about your kennel, dogs and litters (photos, videos, pedigrees, histories) and any optional contact details or prices you choose to show. Note prices are informational and you control what you publish.
• Subscription and payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. We keep your subscription status, plan, interval and dates.
• Usage / analytics data: we record, anonymously, profile views (dogs, kennels and litters) and certain search interactions, tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser (localStorage). That identifier does not contain your identity and is used for aggregated metrics (e.g. the visibility statistics each breeder sees).
• Technical data: standard log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and maintain the Service and your account.
• Display your content publicly while your subscription is active.
• Compute visibility metrics and reports (views, visitors, searches) in aggregate.
• Process subscriptions, referrals and coupons.
• Communicate with you (service notifications, support) and protect the Platform.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your data. We share it with providers that help us run the Service:

• Supabase: hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe: subscription payment processing.
• Google: sign-in with Google (OAuth), if you choose that method.
• Meta (Facebook): sign-in with Facebook (OAuth), if you choose that method.

We may also disclose data where required by law or as part of a corporate reorganization.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for essential functions: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and storing the anonymous session identifier described above. We do not use third-party advertising.

6. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. In-app notifications are deleted automatically after a period (around two months). If you delete your account, we remove your data and associated files, except what we must retain for legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information. You can delete your account from the platform (which removes your account, kennel, dogs, litters and files) or request it via Data Deletion. For privacy queries email info@breederbeing.com.

8. Security

We use high data-protection standards and industry security practices to safeguard your information. However, since no internet-connected system is completely infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the USA or other countries. By using the Service you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or a notice in the Service.
